We aim to resolve all costumer concerns quickly and fairly.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item did not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe
• Incorrect item received

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require physical returns for used personal care items. Refunds may be issued without return at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refund Approval

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

- The issue is reported after 14 days

- The product was misused or intentionally damaged

- Incorrect shipping address was provided
